The Role

As Senior Architect, you’ll be integral to driving projects from concept through to on-site delivery, ensuring design integrity and architectural excellence at every stage. You’ll lead spatial planning, oversee joinery detailing, and coordinate design delivery alongside clients, contractors, consultants, and the FF&E team. Your expertise will extend to the exterior envelope of buildings, delivering a holistic architectural approach.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead luxury residential projects across all RIBA stages, delivering exceptional design outcomes from concept to completion

  • Develop and present clear, considered concepts, technical drawings, and detailed specifications

  • Manage detailed drawing packages, bespoke joinery, and exterior building envelopes with precision

  • Collaborate closely with FF&E teams to ensure seamless integration of interiors and architecture

  • Maintain direct client communication and manage stakeholder relationships seamlessly

  • Conduct site visits and oversee technical coordination through to project completion

  • Mentor junior staff, supporting a culture of design excellence and professional growth

  • Uphold the studio’s exacting standards of quality, discretion, and attention to detail

Who You Are:

  • A seasoned architect with 8+ years’ experience in luxury residential interiors

  • Proficient in AutoCAD with a thorough understanding of building regulations, construction detailing, and exterior envelope design

  • Experienced working collaboratively with FF&E teams and delivering projects from initial concept through to on-site execution

  • Confident leading projects across all RIBA stages, with strong spatial and joinery design skills

  • A polished communicator, comfortable liaising with clients and managing project teams

  • Organised, self-driven, and able to juggle multiple projects without compromising quality

  • Passionate about crafted interiors and designs that stand the test of time
