Senior Architect Role Summary
A well-established, design-led architecture practice in North London is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to take a key role within their growing team. This position is ideal for someone with strong Revit capability, solid UK project experience, and the confidence to lead multiple residential and commercial schemes from early concept through to delivery. The role offers genuine project ownership and the chance to shape the direction of a collaborative and forward-thinking studio.
Senior Architect – Key Responsibilities
Lead projects through all RIBA stages, ensuring design quality, technical rigour, and smooth delivery.
Produce and oversee detailed technical drawings, design packages, and coordination models using Revit.
Manage consultant, contractor, and client coordination, maintaining clear communication and proactive problem-solving.
Oversee planning submissions, building regulations compliance, and complex construction detailing.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level team members, supporting best practice and professional development.
Contribute design leadership across a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial projects.
Skills & Experience
ARB-registered Architect with 5+ years post-Part III experience (or equivalent senior-level capability).
Demonstrable experience delivering UK-based residential and commercial projects at both design and technical stages.
Strong Revit proficiency, with the ability to manage BIM workflows.
Excellent technical knowledge, including UK building regulations, construction detailing, and procurement.
Confident communicator with strong organisational skills and experience leading client and consultant coordination.
A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to lead projects independently.
