The Senior Architect Role
As Senior Architect, you’ll oversee multiple projects at various stages, from concept through to delivery. You’ll be responsible for coordinating internal teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring the seamless integration of design intent and technical resolution.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and who enjoys leading and mentoring teams within a highly design-led context.
Senior Architect Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of international cultural and commercial projects
Manage multiple project teams, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality are maintained
Maintain design integrity throughout all project phases
Liaise confidently with clients, consultants and contractors
Guide and mentor junior and mid-weight team members
Report directly to Directors and Technical Leads on project progress
Oversee project resourcing, team coordination and documentation
About You
Part III qualified with 6+ years post-qualification experience
Proven experience running large-scale, design-led projects from concept to delivery
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
Confident managing teams across different project stages
Revit proficiency is essential
Experience on international projects highly desirable
Passionate about design quality, detail, and delivery
