We’re partnering with a renowned interior design studio seeking a confident Senior Interior Designer with 6+ years of experience to lead high-profile projects from concept through to completion.
The Senior Interior Designer Role:
You’ll be the driving force behind complex, bespoke interior projects, managing everything from joinery design to site coordination and client relationships. Your expertise will ensure flawless delivery, on time and on budget, while inspiring the team and exceeding client expectations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading and managing multiple projects from initial brief to installation and handover
Producing highly detailed AutoCAD drawings with precision
Designing bespoke joinery and specifying architectural finishes
Coordinating on-site teams, suppliers, and trades effectively
Leading client meetings with confidence and professionalism
Overseeing project budgets, timelines, and quality control
Mentoring junior designers and fostering a collaborative studio environment
About You:
Minimum 6 years’ experience as an interior designer, ideally in high-end residential or commercial projects
Expert proficiency in AutoCAD and detailed joinery design
Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and client management abilities
Highly organised, proactive, and solution-oriented
Positive team player with a great sense of humour and willingness to take initiative
Full UK driver’s licence and able to travel to sites and suppliers as needed
