Senior Interior Designer Role Summary
Senior Interior Designer opportunity to join a growing central London studio, currently working on four large-scale hotel projects. If you have experience in hotels, F&B, commercial spaces, or BTR, this could be the perfect next step in your design career.
The Role
You’ll be hands-on across every stage of the design process—from concept development to producing full specification documents and detailed technical drawing packs. The role also involves liaising directly with clients, architects, and contractors on-site. You’ll bring confidence to question briefs, challenge ideas, and deliver high-quality work across concept, design development, FF&E, and delivery.
Working within a collaborative, tight-knit team, you’ll balance creativity with technical precision. An impressive background in hospitality and commercial design—particularly F&B—will set you apart.
Must-Haves
- 5+ years’ experience in interior design, ideally with hospitality projects
- Confident in AutoCAD, producing detailed technical drawing packs
- Strong design sensibility with an eye for materials and finishes
- Client-facing experience and ability to liaise with contractors and consultants
- Positive, proactive attitude and collaborative mindset
- Rendering skills (SketchUp, Enscape, or similar) are a bonus
The Studio
This boutique studio may be small, but it has big ambitions. Based within one of their client’s buildings, the team enjoys free daily lunches and a lively, creative atmosphere. They pride themselves on not being a large corporate practice and instead offer a supportive, close-knit culture.
What They Offer
- 1 day WFH (with potential for more long-term)
- Clear pathway for progression and promotion
- A collaborative culture where your voice matters
- Exciting hospitality projects with high-profile clients
