Senior Interior Designer Role Summary
An award-winning London-based interior architecture studio is seeking a talented Senior Interior Designer to join their growing team. With an exciting portfolio of work across the hospitality sector – including hotels, student accommodation, amenity spaces and co-working environments – this is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, design-led individual with strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail.
The studio works closely with the Creative Director and CEO, and you’ll play a key role across multiple live projects – from large-scale developments like a 100-bedroom hotel with amenity spaces, to a series of smaller and mid-sized schemes. As a senior, you may oversee a team of designers at varying levels, supporting them day-to-day while actively contributing to company culture.
You’ll be responsible for setting project milestones, producing high-quality design documentation, and leading with both creativity and strategic thinking. Your love of design, art and beauty will shine through everything you do, delivering sensory, experience-centred environments and a seamless service from concept to completion.
Senior Interior Designer Key Responsibilities:
Lead projects from concept through to delivery, covering RIBA stages 1–4
Oversee FF&E sourcing and bespoke manufacturing
Attend client meetings, workshops and manage site coordination
Deliver clear and compelling presentation decks
Mentor junior team members and positively support studio culture
Identify project risks, manage timelines and drive creative solutions

6+ years’ experience, ideally in hospitality interiors (hotels highly desirable)
Fluent in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
Proven team leadership and client-facing experience
Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
