We’re working with an award-winning design practice looking for a Senior Interior Designer to head up a range of prestigious projects across luxury hotels, restaurants, bars, and a select number of high-end residential schemes.

The studio is led by founders from some of London’s top design practices and internationally renowned studios, bringing a wealth of experience, a refined design approach, and a bold creative spirit. With a series of newly awarded projects in incredible locations like Madeira, Greece, and across the UK, they’re now expanding their core team.
You’ll join a close-knit team of 8, where every voice is heard, and creativity is at the centre of everything. With technical drawing production outsourced to a trusted team in India, your focus will remain on design leadership, innovation, and client collaboration.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading high-end interior projects from concept through to completion
- Designing for luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, boutique bars, and one-off residences
- Overseeing the creative direction while working closely with outsourced technical teams
- Mentoring junior designers and providing guidance on creative output
- Presenting to clients, coordinating with consultants, and attending site visits
- Maintaining project timelines, budgets, and design integrity
- Working across AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
