About the Project Architect Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and motivated Project Architect with strong heritage experience to take a leading role on significant projects across London and the South East. You’ll work across all RIBA stages, helping to ensure the sensitive and imaginative renewal of listed and historic buildings. You’ll be joining a team that values high-quality detailing, technical excellence, and design integrity.
Key Responsibilities in this Project Architect Role:
Lead the day-to-day running of heritage projects across all RIBA stages
Develop detailed design and technical packages with a focus on conservation-led outcomes
Liaise confidently with clients, consultants, and contractors
Coordinate internal teams and external collaborators to meet project milestones
Ensure compliance with statutory and conservation requirements throughout
About You:
3+ years post-ARB qualification
Strong portfolio of built work within the heritage/conservation sector
Confident leading smaller teams or workstreams within larger projects
Excellent design and detailing skills with an eye for craftsmanship and materials
Skilled in AutoCAD (essential); Revit proficiency desirable
Personable, professional, and proactive – someone who contributes positively to a collaborative studio environment
