Are you a technically strong Architect looking to join a leading London practice on a landmark conversion project?
We’re working with a highly regarded architectural studio based in London that is looking for an Architect to support the delivery of a significant Office-to-Hotel conversion scheme in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an experienced team at a critical stage of the project, taking ownership of technical delivery and contributing to a high-profile transformation scheme.
Initially offered on a freelance basis for 6+ months, this role also presents a genuine opportunity to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.
What You’ll Be Working On
- A major Office-to-Hotel conversion project in London
- Stage 4 technical delivery and coordination
- Production and management of detailed construction information
- Close collaboration with project teams, consultants, and stakeholders
What They’re Looking For
- ARB-registered Architect or Part 3
- Proven experience delivering projects through RIBA Stage 4
- Excellent Revit skills
- Strong technical detailing and coordination experience
- Previous experience on residential, student accommodation, co-living, hotel, or large-scale conversion projects
- A proactive and collaborative approach to project delivery
Working Pattern
- Monday: Work from home
- Tuesday–Friday: Studio-based in London
