HAUS Careers is proud to be partnering with a growing, design-led architectural practice to recruit an Architect for its expanding London team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative studio delivering meaningful healthcare, retrofit, residential, and public-sector projects across the UK. The role offers hands-on involvement across multiple project stages, making it ideal for an architect looking to develop within a supportive and growing practice.
About the Practice
Originally established with a design-and-build background, the studio has evolved into a highly architectural and design-focused practice with an increasing presence across the healthcare and retrofit sectors.
The team is known for its collaborative culture, approachable leadership, and technically engaging projects that have a genuine social impact. With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth plans, this is an excellent time to join the practice and progress alongside the studio.
The Role
You’ll work closely with the wider team across a range of healthcare-led retrofit, residential, and public-sector projects, contributing across design, planning, and technical delivery stages depending on your experience.
This is a hands-on position offering excellent exposure across multiple RIBA stages, consultant coordination, and project delivery within a supportive environment where learning and progression are encouraged.
Key Responsibilities
- Work across healthcare, retrofit, residential, and public-sector projects
- Contribute to projects across multiple RIBA stages
- Support design development, planning submissions, and technical delivery
- Assist with consultant coordination and project communication
- Attend site meetings and support construction-stage activities where required
- Collaborate closely with the wider architectural team to deliver high-quality design solutions
About You
- ARB-registered Architect
- Strong interest or previous experience within healthcare and retrofit architecture
- Experience working on UK-based projects
- Good working knowledge of Vectorworks
- Recently qualified Part III Architect or someone with solid post-Part III experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to develop professionally within a growing studio
