This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced architect with strong design and delivery skills to take ownership of complex projects across all RIBA stages within a collaborative, design-led studio environment.

The Role

As Senior Architect, you’ll play a key role in the delivery of complex residential, hospitality, and commercial projects, working closely with Project Leaders and Partners to ensure projects are delivered to the highest design and technical standards.

You’ll take ownership of key project packages across all RIBA stages, balancing creative ambition with technical resolution and coordination throughout the delivery process.

This role would suit a confident and proactive architect who enjoys both design and technical problem-solving, and who thrives in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver key project packages across residential, hospitality, and commercial schemes in the UK and internationally
  • Develop clear architectural and technical solutions across all RIBA stages
  • Produce and coordinate high-quality technical drawing packages in Revit
  • Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams throughout project delivery
  • Support site coordination and construction-stage activities as part of the lead design team
  • Maintain excellent communication with Project Leaders, Partners, and internal studio teams
  • Uphold high standards of design quality, sustainability, and technical excellence across projects
  • Support and mentor junior team members where required

About You

  • ARB-registered Architect with strong experience delivering complex projects
  • Proven background across high-quality residential, hospitality, and/or commercial architecture
  • Strong technical delivery skills and confidence resolving live project challenges
  • Excellent Revit proficiency
  • Experience coordinating consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Proactive, collaborative, and confident taking ownership of project responsibilities
  • Passionate about high-quality architecture and thoughtful design delivery
  • Full right to work in the UK
