A leading London-based architecture studio is seeking a talented and experienced Associate Architect to join their team on a 9-month fixed-term contract, covering an exciting new residential project. This role may transition to a permanent position, subject to project progress and performance.
The Associate Architect Role:
This is a hands-on position requiring strong leadership and project delivery skills. You’ll be stepping into RIBA Stage 4 delivery, with oversight of Stage 5 on the horizon. The role will involve managing a team of architects and assistants, coordinating with clients and contractors, and solving design and technical challenges with a practical, solutions-driven approach.
About You:
Proven experience working on UK residential tall buildings at RIBA Stages 4 & 5
Expert-level Revit skills – essential for this role
Strong team leadership experience, mentoring and guiding architectural staff
Confident and clear communicator – both client and contractor facing
Proactive problem-solver with a detail-driven mindset
