About the studio
This is a practice that values design excellence, innovation, and collaboration. They work across multi-home and mixed-use projects, focusing on solutions that are not only visually compelling but also technically precise and commercially viable. The studio prides itself on its BIM-led approach and highly organised workflows, allowing creativity to flourish within structured processes.
The culture here is friendly, supportive, and dynamic. Weekly social events, site visits, and regular events help the team bond outside of the studio. CPDs and mentoring are built into everyday life, ensuring that every architect has the support and resources they need to thrive.
About the role
You will be joining at a senior level, leading projects through RIBA Stages 4 and 5, coordinating complex workflows, and collaborating with consultants, clients, and contractors. You’ll be able to take ownership of design development while supporting the broader team, contributing ideas, and ensuring the highest standards are delivered.
This role suits someone who is confident, organised, and highly motivated, with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. The studio values collaboration as much as individual excellence, so you’ll be someone who thrives both independently and as part of a team.
