Central London | £55,000 – £65,000 DOE
This is a key hire to support expanding project demands – ideal for an experienced architect ready to step into a more senior, client-facing position while remaining hands-on in delivery.
We’re working with a highly regarded, design-led architectural studio in Central London that is continuing to grow off the back of an exciting pipeline of new work. Known for delivering thoughtful, technically robust projects across the residential and commercial sectors, this practice offers the opportunity to take on a meaningful leadership role within a collaborative and ambitious team.
The Role
As an Associate Architect, you’ll play a central role in leading projects from concept through to completion. You’ll be trusted to manage teams, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure the highest technical standards across all stages of delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading residential and commercial projects across all RIBA stages
Managing and mentoring project teams
Acting as a key point of contact for clients and consultants
Overseeing technical delivery and ensuring compliance with UK regulations
Contributing to the studio’s continued growth and reputation
What We’re Looking For
Up to 10 years’ post-Part 3 experience
Strong background in UK residential design and delivery
Excellent technical knowledge and detailing ability
Confident team leadership and client-facing experience
Solid understanding of UK planning policy and building regulations
Proficiency in Revit
The Offer
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 (depending on experience)
