The Role
- Lead project teams on complex architectural commissions from concept to completion
- Champion design quality and ensure delivery of outstanding, buildable architecture
- Drive business development and strengthen relationships with clients and partners
- Contribute to the practice’s strategic direction, mentoring junior and senior architects
- Represent the studio externally, promoting its vision and values within the industry
- Collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated, sustainable design solutions
About You
- Qualified architect with around 15 years’ experience and a strong design portfolio
- Proven leadership on major commercial, mixed-use, or regeneration projects
- Track record in business development and building lasting client networks
- Passionate about sustainability, design quality, and social value
- Confident in leading and inspiring multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a professional, collaborative approach
- Proficient in Revit (MicroStation experience advantageous)
- Based in London, with flexibility for hybrid working
