Junior BIM / Revit Technician Role Summary

A design-led, award-winning architecture studio based in Central London is seeking a Junior BIM / Revit Technician to join its collaborative and technically ambitious team. The practice is recognised for delivering high-profile work across the sports, residential and hospitality sectors, both in the UK and internationally.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically confident Revit user at an early stage in their career, looking to gain exposure to complex, large-scale projects within a progressive studio environment.
The Role
Working closely with architects, BIM leads and consultants, you’ll support the delivery of coordinated Revit models and technical information across multiple project stages. A key focus of the role will be supporting a large-scale Middle East sports project currently at Stage 2, with involvement in IFC and COBie outputs alongside senior team members.
You’ll also contribute to residential and hospitality schemes, gaining broad sector exposure while developing strong BIM and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
Producing and coordinating Revit models, drawings and technical documentation
Supporting BIM workflows, standards and project templates
Assisting with model audits, clash detection and coordination exercises
Supporting BIM coordination on a large-scale international sports project
Assisting with the delivery of IFC and COBie information (training and support provided where needed)
Collaborating with consultants and integrating shared digital models
Contributing to the development of digital design and BIM processes within the studio
About You
Proficient in Revit (academic, placement or professional experience)
Good understanding of BIM processes and digital coordination
Strong modelling skills and attention to detail
Enthusiastic, proactive and keen to develop within a studio environment
Organised, collaborative and confident communicating with project teams
What’s on Offer
£35,000 – £43,000, depending on experience
