The successful candidate will work directly with contractors, specialist subcontractors and delivery teams across a wide range of sectors, helping coordinate and deliver complex construction packages through advanced BIM workflows.

The role would suit someone with strong Revit expertise, excellent technical detailing skills and experience delivering projects throughout RIBA Stages 4–6.

The Role

Reporting to the Operations Director and working closely alongside the BIM Project Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality BIM models, technical documentation and project coordination across multiple schemes simultaneously.

You will work closely with contractors, consultants, suppliers and specialist subcontractors to ensure projects are coordinated effectively and delivered to the highest technical standards.
