An international, design-led architecture studio with a strong portfolio of high-end projects is looking for a BIM Coordinator to join its London team. The practice works across large-scale residential, hospitality, commercial and retail developments and is known for delivering design-driven projects in complex international contexts.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong BIM professional to support project teams in maintaining well-coordinated digital models and high-quality documentation across all project stages.
The Role
You will play a key role in BIM coordination and model management, ensuring that project models are structured, coordinated and compliant with BIM Execution Plans and studio standards. Working closely with architects, consultants and the internal BIM team, you will help maintain efficient workflows and high-quality project information.
Key Responsibilities
Federate and manage multi-disciplinary BIM models to support project coordination.
Lead clash detection processes and produce coordination reports using Navisworks or similar tools.
Maintain issue logs and track coordination items with project teams and consultants.
Conduct regular model audits to ensure naming conventions, file structures and model integrity are maintained.
Ensure project deliverables comply with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
Support the development and maintenance of BIM standards and information management processes.
Assist with the creation and maintenance of Revit families and approved content libraries.
Support the production of drawings from models in line with studio graphic standards.
Provide occasional modelling or documentation support to project teams when required.
About You
Degree or diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
Demonstrable experience working within BIM environments on architectural projects.
Strong proficiency in Revit for modelling, documentation and coordination.
Experience using Navisworks (or similar software) for clash detection and model coordination.
Understanding of BIM standards such as BS 1192 and ISO 19650.
Experience creating and managing Revit families and content libraries.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable working collaboratively with architects, consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced design environment.
