BIM Coordinator

A design-led, award-winning architecture studio in Central London is looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join its growing team. This is a key role within the practice, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys driving BIM standards, workflows, and project delivery across multiple schemes.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of BIM coordination across a range of projects, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency at every stage. Working closely with project teams, consultants, and clients, you’ll play a central role in managing digital processes, supporting delivery, and championing best practice across the studio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead BIM coordination across multiple projects, from setup through to delivery
- Manage BIM resources, programmes, and project outputs to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate and federate models, carrying out audits and clash detection
- Liaise with client BIM representatives and wider consultant teams
- Prepare, manage, and issue BIM models in line with project and industry standards
- Develop and maintain BIM standards, libraries, and workflows
- Integrate COBie, Uniclass, and specification metadata into model data
- Monitor and report on model progress, coordination, and quality
- Respond to BIM queries across internal and external teams
- Support and deliver BIM training, promoting knowledge sharing across the studio
Skills & Experience
- Degree in Architecture (Part 1 or equivalent) or Architectural Technology (2:1 or above)
- Strong understanding of the architectural process and technical delivery
- Proven experience in a BIM coordination role within practice
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and strong knowledge of BIM processes
- Experience delivering BIM training and supporting team development
- Confident managing multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities
- Knowledge of UK standards, compliance, and quality assurance processes
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and visual
