BIM Coordinator / Senior BIM Coordinator Role Summary
Permanent | London | Full-time | £45K+ DOE
A leading UK architecture and design practice is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator / Senior BIM Coordinator to join its London-based BIM & Design Technologies team. This role is suited to a confident, proactive individual who enjoys working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment and has a strong understanding of UK BIM frameworks and delivery standards.
You’ll play a key role in supporting project teams, maintaining BIM standards, and driving best practice across complex, large-scale projects.
The Role
Support and coordinate BIM delivery across multiple live projects
Work closely with architectural teams, consultants, and BIM leads
Implement and manage BIM processes in line with UK BIM Frameworks
Ensure compliance with BS EN ISO 19650-2 standards
Assist with BIM execution planning, coordination, and model management
Provide technical support and guidance to project teams
Contribute to the development and evolution of BIM standards and workflows
Experience + Skills
Minimum 3 years industry experience (Architectural discipline)
At least 1 year experience as a BIM Coordinator, ideally on large-scale projects
Proven experience delivering projects within UK BIM Frameworks
Strong working knowledge of BS EN ISO 19650-2, with the ability to discuss real-world implementation
3–5 years Autodesk Revit (Architecture) experience with a solid understanding of core functionality
Dynamo experience desirable
Practical experience using:
Navisworks
Rhino
Grasshopper
Excellent communication skills and confidence working across teams
Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
