The Project Architect Role
Lead beautifully crafted residential projects from initial concept through to delivery
Oversee all aspects of project coordination – design, development, delivery
Build and maintain strong client relationships, solving problems with confidence
Manage timelines, budgets, and resources with precision and a calm head
What You’ll Need for this Project Architect Role:
Revit and Rhino proficiency – non-negotiable!
Solid experience as a Project Architect in design-led, high-rise commercial housing
A portfolio of large-scale, beautifully executed projects
Ideally, BREEAM knowledge and familiarity with Build to Rent (BTR) schemes
Excellent communication and leadership skills – you know how to inspire and deliver
