Project Architect Role Summary
A unique opportunity for a talented Project Architect to join a forward-thinking design and build developer in Central London. This multi-disciplinary studio combines architecture, interiors, and an in-house artisan construction team, delivering high-end residential renovations with a strong focus on Listed and historical buildings.
This is a rare chance to work closely with the build team on-site, from concept through to completion, giving you hands-on experience and full control over the design process as it’s brought to life.
The Project Architect Role:
We are seeking a confident and passionate Project Architect with a minimum of three years post-Part 3 experience delivering high-quality residential projects in London. The ideal candidate will be design-led, technically skilled, and fully capable of running projects independently across all RIBA stages.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ post-Part 3 experience in London residential projects
Proven ability to run projects from concept to completion
Strong design aesthetic with excellent technical drawing skills
Able to produce full construction drawing sets to a high standard
Sound knowledge of planning policies and experience liaising with London boroughs
Skilled in project management, client liaison, and coordinating with consultants
Strong interest in interiors, FF&E, materials and detailing
Confident communicator, fluent in spoken and written English
Proficient in Vectorworks, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office
A team player with initiative, humour, and a hands-on approach
