They are seeking an experienced Project Architect (3+ years post-Part III) to join their talented team, delivering large-scale, mixed-use residential projects at the forefront of contemporary design.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated architect to take ownership of key projects within a practice renowned for its collaborative culture and innovative approach.
Key requirements for this Project Architect Role:
ARB and RIBA registered Architect
3+ years of proven post-Part III experience
Strong experience on medium to large-scale mixed-use residential projects (RIBA Stages 0-3)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to chair Design Team Meetings and Workshops
Confident in a client-facing role, managing day-to-day communications with clients and external consultants
Skilled in managing internal project teams and coordinating with external consultants
Excellent time management skills and experience in design programming
Strong design and technical skills with a keen eye for detail
In-depth knowledge of current Building Regulations and statutory standards
Excellent knowledge of Revit is essential
