Senior Urban Designer Key Responsibilities:
Lead large-scale urban design and masterplanning projects.
Create high-quality design proposals, regulatory plans, and layouts.
Ensure projects meet UK planning policies and technical standards.
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Work closely with architects, planners, and consultants.
Present designs to clients and stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with clients and communities.
Senior Urban Designer Key Requirements:
Postgraduate degree in Urban Design (Architecture background is a plus).
Strong urban design and masterplanning skills.
Experience in large-scale urban design projects and UK planning regulations.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, CAD, and hand-drawing.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Proven leadership in managing project teams and delivering results.
