A well-established, design-focused developer based in North London is seeking an experienced Technical Architect to join its growing team. With a strong pipeline of multi-unit residential and commercial schemes, this is an excellent opportunity for a detail-driven architect who excels in delivering high-quality technical design and construction information.
The Role
You will play a key role across a diverse portfolio of bespoke, high-end developments, taking projects from developed design through to completion on site. The position involves leading technical delivery, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and overseeing internal team output to ensure design intent and quality are maintained throughout all stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical delivery of complex residential and mixed-use projects
- Oversee construction stages with a strong focus on buildability, detail, and quality
- Coordinate façade packages and detailed construction information
- Work closely with contractors and consultants to support smooth site delivery
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative studio environment
About You
- Architect or architectural technician with 3+ years post-Part II experience
- Strong background in high-rise, multi-unit residential and commercial projects
- Confident using ArchiCAD (essential)
- Experienced in leading teams and engaging directly with contractors
- Passionate about technical detailing and delivering high-quality architecture
