BIM Coordinator Key Responsibilities
Oversee BIM coordination across major Middle Eastern masterplan projects.
Develop and manage project-specific BIM protocols and workflows.
Ensure accurate model production and data management using advanced Revit and BIM 360 skills.
Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and external teams to ensure seamless digital coordination.
Maintain quality control across models, ensuring compliance with project requirements and regional standards.
BIM Coordinator Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in BIM coordination, ideally within architecture or multi-disciplinary teams.
Software: Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM 360; familiarity with Navisworks, Dynamo, or similar tools is advantageous.
Technical Acumen: Strong eye for detail with experience managing federated models and resolving design clashes.
Communication: Clear communicator, able to liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
Regional Insight: Experience on Middle Eastern projects is highly desirable.
